Nanny Job in Vancouver, British Columbia

Full-time, Live-Out Nanny Mount Pleasant, September 1st (35 hours per week) We are two families looking for a nanny to share in Mount Pleasant. We both have daughters who will turn 3 in December. The girls are good friends and very loving with each other. They share well and enjoy outdoor adventures and imaginative play. Qualities we value in a nanny include: fun-loving, adventurous, open-minded, ability to initiate creative and engaging play, warm, nurturing, comfortable providing respectful and firm guidance, interest in lots of outdoor time, reading, art and little to no screen time. We will offer a kind, respectful and flexible work environments that welcome open dialogue. No housework beyond cleaning up after child-related activities is required. We prefer a person who has at least two years experience as a childcare provider for children of a similar age, some ECE coursework, excellent English language skills and ability to work legally in Canada. References and recent First Aid certification/criminal record check required. We are looking for is someone willing to work Monday 8-1.00, Tuesday 8.00-4.00, Wednesday 8.30-5.30 (negotiable), Thursday 8 -1.00 and Friday 8.30-5.30 (negotiable). You would always be only with one child on Mondays, and often only with one child Tuesdays, Our current nanny charges a different rate depending on whether she has just one or two of them, but we are open to discussing rates and different scenarios.
