Hi everyone! My name is Eden, but kids usually call me Mimi. Its easier to remember. I am 26 years old, currently working on my career in the Fashion Arts and Design industry. I studied Sociology for 3 years at University of Toronto, then started to explore the Medical Field (took a couple Medical Terminology courses, CPR) . After years of exploring different roads, I finally found my real passion which is in Fashion Arts and Design. So now as I am building my professional career in Fashion Arts and Design, I am looking to support my self financially by making use of my biggest of all passions, which is working with children and homemaking. Working with kids, teaching, doing arts and crafts, making and playing music, gardening, and overall homemaking is my life. I have many years of experience working with children of all ages (newborns ), some of it is listed below. Tutoring: -Tutored children in various subjects ( especially English language skills; grammar, sentence formation etc.) - Analyzed and studied individual's weaknesses and strengths in order to tutor them accordingly and prepared material corresponding to the individual's needs -Worked in different settings: school (after school programs), professionally (eg. Jennifer-Ashleigh Charity, Eritrean Youth Association etc.), home tutoring, personal clients etc. Babysitting: -pickup to and from school, preparing lunch, bathing, putting to bed -taking kids to and from extracurricular activities, library, concerts etc. -Personal clients, friends, family Teaching Sunday School: -Developing curriculum/ lesson plans geared for each class (divided by age groups) -Teaching moral/biblical lessons, history, and songs -Working on dramas/skits/songs with the sunday school students, practicing and performing for events such as Christmas and Easter plays/songs -At church So this is a brief description of myself.
