1.Teach basic skills such as colour, shape, number and letter recognition, personal hygiene, and social skills.
2.Observe and evaluate children's performance, behaviour, social development, and physical health.
3.Organize and lead activities designed to promote physical, mental and social development, such as games, arts and crafts, music, storytelling, and field trips.
4.Establish and enforce rules for behaviour, and procedures for maintaining order.
5.Adapt teaching methods and instructional materials to meet students' varying needs and interests.
I was very impressed by the patience that changyun had with the children, very unbeatable, and always arriving on before the shift would start, to get prepare for the day.
