Nanny Job in North Vancouver, British Columbia

We are a professional Canadian couple looking for a nanny for September for our sons, ages 1.5 and 5. During the school year, the 5 year old will need to be taken to/from school (a 10 minute walk) and the 1.5 year old will need to be cared for all day, except that the 1.5 year old will be at daycare on Tuesdays and Fridays. Since our older son will still need to be taken to/from school every day so we could still offer a full time job on the days when our younger son is at daycare, if our nanny is happy to clean and cook while the kids are not home. Otherwise, we could offer accommodation and a part time position. The hours would range from a start time of 7:15-8:30 and an end time of 3:45-5:30 Monday to Friday most weeks, and a Friday night or Saturday once a month. We live in North Vancouver and would prefer to have a live-in nanny or a nanny who is not relying on transit due to the early start time. We are willing to sponsor someone who is currently under the Live-in Caregiver Program. We are looking for a caring, energetic, experienced and committed nanny who is interested in becoming part of our family. The primary focus of the job is to keep our children safe, entertained and happy. We are looking for someone who is going to engage with our kids (for example, playing at the playground, not sitting on the bench or talking on their phone). If the nanny would like a full time job, then we would also like our house to be cleaned and meal prep to occur during down time (e.g. nap time, when both kids are not home, or times when a parent is home).
