Nanny Job in Mississauga, Ontario

Hello Potential Nannies! We are a caring and loving family looking for a warm, energetic and friendly nanny for our 11 month old son as I return to work starting August 2019. We would like to have someone who truly cares about children and is a good fit for our family. Our ideal candidate should be open to light housecleaning and meal prep for our family, however it is not mandatory. Caring for our son will always be #1 priority, and we don’t expect you to multi-task at the expense of his development. Our son has a great temperament; he's a happy and playful baby. His perfect nanny will be able of play with him and enjoy taking on a more educative role (reading to him, taking him to local activities, music, park adventures, etc.) Start Date: August 2019 Requirements: • Only individuals already in Canada who are eligible to work • Must have minimum 3-5 years of experience as a nanny for infants. Creativity and active play are valued and applicants with a background in Early Childhood Education, music and/or arts are strongly welcomed • Should have good English communication skills • Excellent references are a must • Up to date CPR, Infant First Aid and Criminal Record Check are required • Non-Smokers only • Vaccinations up to date Hours: • Monday-Friday 7:30am-5:30pm (We realize the hours are long and we’re willing to work with you to find ways to come home earlier but flexibility on the hours is important) • Nights and weekends are not necessary, but we would appreciate the occasional availability • Availability on Statutory holidays & Family vacations not required We look forward to hearing from you!
