Kind and patient full-time live-out nanny required in Orleans for a fun and friendly young family. The nanny will be taking care of two children ages 1 and 4. Our 4 year old has special communication and developmental needs which require first aid and CPR training and the use of non-verbal communication tools. In meeting our child\'s special needs assets also include nursing experience, experience with special needs children, and knowledge of sign language. Care of the one year old will be full-time and care of the 4 year old will be reduced as they will be in preschool part-time. Nanny duties include playing with children indoors and outdoors, reading to children, doing arts and crafts with children and serving children meals and snacks. Nanny is required to have at least two years of experience and recent CPR and first aid training. Nanny must also be friendly, responsible and attentive. Hours 8 am - 6 pm Monday to Friday with every second Monday off and vacation pay. Salary $12/hour (may be room for negotiation based on experience and qualifications).
