Nanny Job in Vancouver, British Columbia

Hi! We are two families looking for a full-time, live out nanny share for Will, who will be 12 months old in April, and Olivia, who will be 12 months old in July. We are looking for someone to start with Will in April when I (Marie) return to work, with Olivia joining us in July when her mom (Charlene) returns to work. We all work regular business hours, and we are looking for someone Monday to Friday, from approximately 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. We are neighbours and live in East Vancouver (Strathcona). The nanny share would involve some days at Will’s house, and other days at Olivia’s (schedule to be determined). Will and Olivia are good friends. They are happy and love to play and discover. We are looking for someone who can take them to story time at the library, music classes and other activities and adventures. Will’s house also has a medium-sized friendly dog. He has a dog walker 3 days a week, so no dog care is required on those days, but we are looking for someone who is comfortable around dogs and who would be able to take him out for a brief walk with Will and Olivia 2x a week. Light housekeeping and meal preparation for Will and Olivia would also be great, but our priority is child care. First Aid/CPR, references and background check are all required. We are looking for someone with at least 2-3 years experience with children, particularly young children. Drivers' license is also an asset. We look forward to hearing from you!
