Hello families. My name is Kaysea , I am a mature, loving, responsible individual who has a passion for working with children. I was born in Nanaimo BC and graduated from Wellington Secondary in July 2017. I have spent some of my time out of school travelling and seeing new things. I recently just spent a month in Zambia Africa volunteering teaching kindergarten as well as working with kids ages 2-7 in a local orphanage. I love being outdoors and getting active. Yoga, running and swimming are some of the many hobbies I enjoy. Ever since I was young my mother had owned a in home daycare ranging from about 5-10 kids per day. After we moved houses in 2013 my mother opened a new before and after school care program at Departure Bay Elementary School. I worked with this program from age 13-16. Organizing activities, after school meals, and homework club were some of the many tasks I was responsible for while working. Working with children is something I am beyond passionate about and look forward to each and everyday. I am hoping to find a wonderful family where I can be of help, watching the kids learn, grow and develop.
