Overview: Hi! My name is Kelsey. I'm recently married and new to the Cornwall area where I'm looking for a job as a home daycare provider. I have both personal and professional experience in Childcare. I look forward to hearing from you and meeting your family :) A little background into who I am. I'm the oldest of four girls and so have been looking after younger kids really my whole life! I attended babysitting classes and gained my certification as at 12. As a teenager, I babysat for multiple families from my church as well as neighbors. I have several little cousins and now nieces and nephews who I have babysat on multiple occasions. Professionally I worked in VBS leading the 5-6 year old outside activites at my church from 2013 - 2.... I taught an after school Bible Club for 4 years. I was a summer camp counselor for 5 years. I volunteered in a 6th grade classroom in downtown Detroit my first year of university for a total of 40 hours. I recently covered a leave of absence as a childminder at the TR Leger School in Cornwall where I worked with kids as young as 6 months. For all of these volunteer positions and jobs I have been required to obtain a vulnerable sector check and police report and can produce these on demand.
