Nanny Job in Edmonton, Alberta

Hi there my name is Jennifer. I own a REGISTERED and LICENSED nanny agency and I am looking for a team of full time or part time nannies to help me with the clientele of families that I have established. The qualities that the families and I are looking for are mainly in your personality. Please tell me about your experience and your thoughts on caring for children, what you believe is your parenting style, and please provide references, certifications, and police check or be willing to do so. Candidates will be thoroughly screened. If you are: - honest - reliable - accountable - loving - calm and non reactive - have a strong standard for communication - have some CPR training/FIRST AID or CHILDCARE education - love for children - loyal I look for the right nannies for the right family and I always have the nanny and the families interests in mind and work would be set accordingly to each parties needs. My aim is to protect nannies while helping them find their forever home with families that love and care for them and to help families find someone who will love their children as if they were their own. The base rates for the nannies I find would be getting paid $18 an hour. At the same time we also don't believe in screen time and fully believe in healthy nutrition without processed food. As a nanny myself, the children are at the utmost importance, and caring for the environment they reside in is also a priority. I have strong ethics and core values and it would be a blessing to meet those who are similar minded.
