Hello families! I am a University graduate from Nigeria, with many years of experience caring for and raising children aged up to 13 years, seeking a live-in child caregiver position under the LMIA program. As a child caregiver, I have played an important role in caring for many of the children in my extended family since I was an adolescent. I conduct myself in a professional manner. It is very important to me that I build a close personal relationship with both children and parents. I believe in creating a positive, happy environment for children; one in which they feel protected and can thrive. I have good organizational and communication skills, which I believe are among the most important skills for a Nanny. I am First Aid and CPR certified, and hold a Nigerian driver's license. During the years 2007-2009 I was employed as a teacher instructing students aged 7-13 in English, basic Science, and Mathematics. I am very interested in working for you, and hope you will give me a chance. Thank you so much for the opportunity to be considered for the position, and I look forward to hearing from you soon.
