Nanny Job in Vancouver, British Columbia

We are a professional couple looking for a caring, responsible and experienced nanny to care for our almost two year old daughter. She is a happy, smiling girl who loves being outside. Whether it is going on a hike or playing at the playground, she is out there rain or shine! We are looking for a nanny with at least three years experience in nannying, child care or au pair work, and someone that is reliable, trustworthy and fun! We can offer 40 hours/week with occasional overtime depending on everyone’s schedule. We are a non-smoking household and would prefer a non-smoker. Your responsibilities with our daughter will include: • Creating a stimulating, nurturing, and safe environment • Supervising her activities at all times • Preparing meals • Following her napping schedule • Bathing • Changing diapers • Taking her to drop-ins around the neighborhood and other planned activities You will need a current First Aid certificate and a police check. My parents will take her a few hours a day twice a week, so on those days, some light house work can be done. We are looking for someone who is interested in a long-term relationship with our family.
