Nanny in Toronto
My name is Adrienne and I am currently at Western University studying Health Sciences and looking to specialize in Rehabilitation Sciences with additional courses in child development and behavioural and developmental childhood disorders. I absolutely adore children and have spent the majority of my teenage years caring for families in my neighbourhood. I live a healthy lifestyle and have a passion for the outdoors and enjoy trying new things. I have cared for several families, some on a temporary basis and others as a long term after school nanny. I am an outgoing, friendly, and caring individual and understand that the safety of the children is of the utmost importance. I am committed to creating a fun environment where the children have an opportunity to learn and grow. I have developed excellent skills and abilities through babysitting but also through years of being a camp counsellor. Furthermore, I have volunteered my time at Western in a program called Making Waves, where I teach swimming lessons for children with a variety of disabilities. This program required that I have my National Lifeguard Certification as well as Standard First Aid and CPR-C. I understand the impact that nannies have on children as my two older siblings and I grew up with nannies after school and throughout the summer. I am forever thankful for the positive impact that my nannies left on me and I hope that I can provide this same experience for your children. I hope that I am a great fit for your family and would love the opportunity to discuss further with you or provide you with references from families that I have previously nannied for.
