Nanny in Amsterdam, Saskatchewan

Dear Family, I am Ma. Kristine E. Icban, and now in Finland Europe as aupair, filipina with a degree in Business Management and a licensed caregiver with valid NC II holder and also have a First aid and Basic life support certificate. I am 27 year old, single and can speak English fluently. I have six siblings and the youngest is a special child so I came to my goal to pursue my career overseas because of her..... working now as aupair in a Finnish Family with six childrens. I have been working with kids since 2008 as a nanny/tutor in a Japanese Family. Also, I have experience when I took my on-the-job training at Wee Care Child Health Development Center (WeeCare CHDC) providing services for child care. At this moment I’ve been working as a live-out tutor/ nanny and I have great references about my work with kids. I have 8 years of experience with toddlers and teenagers (from 1 yrs-15 yrs old).I used to work in a well-known pharmacy in our country as Pharmacy assistant for one year that gave me knowledge in medicine which will be applied in my work. I love outdoor activities like hiking, swimming and biking. I also love travelling because it taught me to learn other cultures and to interact with other nationalities. I have been to Vietnam, Cambodia, Thailand, Hongkong and Macau. I am looking for a great family and place to work . I always follow parents' guidelines to work with them as a team. I am a very loving and caring person, and enjoy spending time with the kids because I care for them as if they were my own family. I am also very organized, flexible, and get easily used to schedules. The reason why I want to be a caregiver is because I also want to experience the culture of other countries which will help me to become a better version of myself simply because it will really test how strong and independent I am as a person to be living far away from my loved ones and also to explore more places during time off and meeting new sets of friends. I believe being an au pair will help me to become more independent and more responsible person. Taking good care of my host family is my main responsibility as au pair.
