for the families that would likeand giving methe chance to be part of their family.. i will do my best as much as i can for being so true, polite, understanding and patient.. being capable to be determine of my duties of the kids.. and focusing of their safetyness and health environment at home even outside.. about my treatment with kids.. i believe that if you show being so calm and smooth when their on the out of control they will listen to you or try to let them show their madness when they are upset.. after that talk to them nicely and expalin those aspect that they cant still reach to understand.. so patient is the most maturity to get their feelings to be comftable with you after.. and after that its easy for you to show with them to be on the the taft in a nice way because you get their feelings good being patient first and its easy for them to trust and believe with you, and they respect you as well.. and always show them your smiling face and mostly fun to be with them because thats the kids reflected ideally.., hope those ways of my ideas is the one thing you would ideally for your kids.., thank you and god bless.., my childcare was starting 9 am.. the kids is 6 and 8 years old both girl.. i start from the kitchen to fix their stuff and those they use for breakfast.. my employer was the one who drop them from school so im more cleaning by schedule.. and cooking those their food for lunch specially for the kids before she will get them from school.. i have break time for my meal at lunch.. then while they away for the kids some short schedule for swimming and music and clean continuing my work until 4 and then after that i will prepare again thier food for dinner but my employer still keeps helping me.. after their meal for dinner i will fix it and tidying little bit for the safety still for the kids that the kitchen is clean.. thats the part of my experience..
