I am a first Nations "Manny" I have Learned my traditional heritage sinse I was a child from my grandparents who I adored with every part of my heart, as well as my parents come from very traditional back grounds. I have learned my medicines an foraging skills from a young age an am able to identify many of the medicinal properties of the plants from here to BC. I thank my traditions to keeping me a sober individual. The strength I have found from my culture had made me the man I am today, I thank my elders, mother an father for the work they have made into making me a healthy individual. I have my first aid, food safe, whimis. I use these tickets in my every day life and proudly use it. I am very resourceful into that the kids need, because video games do not feed the mind. I grew up in the bush as a child so I have many Ulturnitives then just watching TV. As a first nations artist I can teach your child how to do west coast art, so painting will be exciting! I was excepted into art school at the age of 13, unfortunately my family could not send me due to the lack of money, but my art teachers took me under their wing which has helped make me into the artist I am today.I also am a traditional first nations dancer which has really helped for who I am. I can dance traditional Powwow or I can do potlach dances from the west coast. the honor of learning an teaching this has been a blessing the creator(god).
