First Aid, CPR and police check are up to date. Education includes OSSD Honours, OAC Honours, French Immersion Honours, 2 years at Trent University, 2 years at Humber College as well as a large collection of continuing education classes, mainly surrounding childhood education and learning theory. I have extensive experience working with children of all ages and abilities. Special needs experience includes but is not limited to autism, Asperger's, down syndrome, ADD, ADHD, anxiety disorders, psychological disorders such as schizophrenia and bipolar, blindness, cerebral palsy and selective mutism. Comfortable with PECS, ABA, social skills education and service dogs. Available 10am-4pm weekdays, as well as Saturday and Sunday evening/night. Epi-Pen autoinjecter trained, (many times over, single and duo injectors!) Children in my care are always encouraged to follow their passions and reach their potential. Should it be a day of learning, fun, experience or even just a few hours to grocery shop alone, your child(ren) will be safe and happy until you return home. Prefer to work with children aged 3 years and above. Toilet training and other personal hygiene skills are not necessary.
