Child caregiver - private home ( Childcare ) Regular job, Permanent, Full Time $11.00 Hourly, for 40.00 Hours per week Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible Location: York-Weston / Dufferin-St.Clair, Ontario ( 1 vacancy ) Skill Requirements: Education: Completion of high school Credentials (certificates, licenses, memberships, courses, etc.): First Aid Certificate, Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Certificate Experience:1 year to less than 2 years Languages: English Children\'s Ages: Newborn, Toddler to pre-school (1 - 3 years), Kindergarten age (4 - 5 years) Work Setting: Employer\'s home Specific Skills: Supervise and care for children, Bathe, dress and feed infants and children, Prepare infants and children for rest periods, Help children with homework, Organize, activities such as games and outings for children, Instruct children in personal hygiene and social development, Prepare and serve nutritious meals, Sterilize bottles, prepare formulas and change diapers for infants, Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, Maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home, Discipline children according to the methods requested by the parents, Take children to and from school and to appointments Security and Safety: Criminal record check Work Location Information: Work in employer\'s/client\'s home, Other: Optional accommodation available at no charge on a live in basis.
