Nanny Job in Sutton, Ontario

We are looking for a loving, patient, child centered nanny to help us for a few days a week. Could be live in or live out depending on situation and agreed on responsibilities. We have a nearly 2 month old boy, 2 year old girl and 4 year old boy. We also have 2 small dogs and some fish. We run a construction business and sometimes I am out, sometimes I would be at home. We would like someone that cleans up after the children and helps with other cleaning when not tending to children. We would like someone that believes children are capable human beings that deserve respect and independence. We would like someone that loves to spend time outside and plans activities for inside. We would love someone who also likes to cook sometimes or at least meal prep. We want someone who will play with the children, not just watch them, someone involved that loves to be involved. Currently we are very flexible with days and hours. Ideally we would like some days and some evenings but we would like the right person and are willing to work with the right person.
