Nanny Job in Vancouver, British Columbia

Hello, our family is looking for a professional and enthusiastic nanny, for our two sons aged two and five, four days per week. They are very both healthy and playful kids who love getting outside to play at the nearby parks here in Kitsilano. We seek someone with plenty of experience, strong english language skills, current references and most importantly a positive and calming attitude suited to working with young children. Applicants should be well suited to dealing with young children. They should also be accustomed to anticipating the children's needs and keeping up with their activity level. Your responsibilities will include basic meal preparation, drop off or pick up from pre-school and arranged activities, playtime and quiet time at home, reading books and modest household duties (ie cleaning up the kitchen) when time permits. Basic requirements include min. 4 years experience, preferably a background in early child development and education, first aid/safety training and current references. The usual weekly required hours are Monday 8am - 5pm and Tuesday 8am - 5pm, Wednesday 930am - 6pm & Friday 8am - 5pm.
