Nanny Job in Toronto, Ontario

Hi there! We are looking for someone who is warm and active as a full-time, live-out nanny for our cheerful and curious 2 yr old son and soon to arrive infant daughter. I (the mom) will be home after the birth of the baby girl starting early November 2019, and will be home the majority of the time for a year on maternity leave. The nanny role start date is around mid-Oct or early Nov 2019, roughly coinciding with the arrival of our baby girl, although we have some flexibility on start date. We’re based in midtown Toronto (near Yonge and St. Clair). The role would be focused on providing typical nanny responsibilities for my 2 yr old son (changing diapers, toilet training, feeding, bathing, walks, playing, etc), and to a lesser extent providing some support to me with the newborn; I plan to spend a lot of time with the newborn, but would like the nanny to also watch the infant sometimes so that I can rest / run errands, etc. Responsibilities would also include meal prep/cooking and light housework (clearing away dishes, unloading dishwasher, and laundry), although not at the same time as when the nanny is watching the children. At this time we’re not considering sponsorship.
