Ingrid has worked with our family for the past year in a part-time nanny share capacity. She has looked after 2 boys together, 2/3 days per week since they turned one. Ingrid has proven to be very reliable and responsible, always arriving early to work and never missing a day. Ingrid was always very conscious and ensured both boys had ample opportunity to socialize, grow and develop by often bringing them to Story time at the library or to the community center family time. Above all, Ingrid is a very caring and patient caregiver who was able to corral both of our very energetic boys. Both boys took to her right away and always enjoyed the days they got to spend with her. We are happy to recommend Ingrid as a fully capable infant caregiver.
