Experienced Childcare Worker/Educator with Experience in Behaviour Management and Autism: I have my Bachelor of Applied Science in Early Childhood Studies, my diploma in Early Childhood Education and a Diploma in Autism and Behavioural Science. Children are my passion and I enjoy implement activities that promote their development. I seek not to babysit children, but to provide them with vital learning experiences which they can grow from. I have tons of experience in the field thus far, with many age groups and children with special needs. I am skilled at managing problem behaviours and promoting learning. I most recently worked as a Behaviour Therapist for children with Autism. I have worked in multiple daycare classrooms with all ages. I completed over 600 hours of field placements at locations such as Ontario Early Years Centres, Community Living North Halton (resource consultation) and the Halton Reaching Out Centre For Kids. I am an animal lover and love the outdoors. I am looking to provide fun experiences and a loving relationship to the children I work with.
