Michelle P

During her time with our project Parminder has shown great skill in communicating with children of all ages and abilities and working with them to achieve the outcomes that we had set for the day’s activities. Parminder always acted in a professional manner and ensured that our strict work place health and safety regime was adhered to and that all children were safe and well cared for whilst in our provision. As part of the team Parminder worked with some very challenging behaviour from the children and young people and always acted appropriately and within our guidelines, she remained calm and acted quickly and with great effect. Parminder's duties included working with colleagues to plan and provide play opportunities for children of all ages, preparation, implementation and clearing / cleaning of activities, resource stock control, passing on of information and signposting, maintaining a clear working environment and supporting those accessing the activities to get the most enjoyment from the session.
