Hi Moms, Dads and Guardians! My name is Katie, I am 26 year old nanny in search of a wonderful family for a full-time position beginning in either October or November. I am a former student of Child and Youth Work, and have over 10 years experience of looking after children. I have looked after children from infancy to 12 years of age and older, and have experience working with children of all abilities. My typical duties include supervising and care for children, bathing, dressing and feeding children, picking up children from school and safely escorting them on public transit, organizing activities such as games and outings for children, instructing children in personal hygiene and social development, reading to children, preparing and serving nutritious meals, assuming full responsibility for household in absence of parents, maintaining a safe and healthy environment in the home, tending to the social and emotional well-being of children, discipline of the children according to the methods requested by the parents, and performing regular, light house keeping is required. I am CPR and First Aid certified, and can provide a Criminal Record Check if requested. I'm looking for families in need of child care in the K-W and Guelph area.
