I am a certified newborn care specialist, birth and postpartum doula, and sleep consultant with 14 years experience supporting families through pregnancy, childbirth and postpartum. I specialize in sleep training and postpartum overnight care with multiples and have extensive experience with high risk situations. I have attended over 100 births and have provided night support and sleep coaching to hundreds of families. I believe in supporting families with informed choice, and supporting the parent’s right to choose what is right for their baby and them. I enjoy consulting and working with families to get them some well deserved rest. My decision to become a doula came as a natural progression of my life's journey. I feel that my personal experience dealing with sleep deprivation with my own children has brought me to this place and that I can offer support, information and knowledge to all types of women and families.
