Nanny Job in Oakville, Ontario

We are looking for after school care for our Grade 1 child, Monday - Friday, approximately 2:45-5:45pm beginning in September. The requirements of the job: -pick up from St. Dominic's Elementary School. Must have a car and drivers license as the school is not walkable to our home. -keeping child entertained by playing board games, doing crafts, listening to music, and reading books -exploring the outdoors, going for walks, kicking a soccer ball, riding bikes -helping child with any homework designed by their teacher -preparing snacks and dinner -light housekeeping (e.g., cleaning up toys, tidying kitchen after snacks) -drop-off and pick-up to after-school activities (e.g. piano lessons) You must have prior experience with early school age children, and be willing to provide references. Our preference is for a carer that has CPR or first aid training. Our family has been diligently following all COVID-19 restrictions, and are seeking a carer that will be following all public health directives. This is extremely important, as our family is in a high risk category for COVID-19. Prefer fully vaccinated candidates.
