New dayhome opening in Pineview, St. Albert! Wild Roses Early Learning Center is located near Boudreau Road with easy access to Anthony Henday Drive. My name is Ariana Hirch Dufault. I am an accredited level 3 dayhome provider through Child Development Dayhomes of Alberta. I have openings for children ages 1-6. My dayhome is Reggio Emilia inspired and programming is based on children’s interests! I believe that play is a child’s work! We engage in lots of constructive play, sensory play, and active play where children follow their curiosities and explore with materials to learn. Nature and outdoor play is highly valued at Wild Roses Early Learning Center! We play outside everyday (weather dependent) and connect with nature through hands-on experiences! I have completed a criminal background check, child intervention check and first Aid/CPR training. I have a diploma in Early Childhood Education (level 3) and more than five years of experience working with young children. My mission is to create a safe and developmentally appropriate learning environment for young children! Healthy homemade meals are served for breakfast, lunch, and two snacks which are based on the Canada Food Guide. There is a balance between the structure of a daily schedule and the freedom of child-led play! My dayhome hours are between 7:00AM-5:00PM Monday-Friday.
