Nanny in Barrie, Ontario

Hello, My name is Karen Wabiszczewicz and am an experienced nanny who loves taking care of children. I have completed my undergraduate degree from Western with an honors specialization in Nutrition and Families and health sciences. I will be starting school for Ultrasound in the Fall. I have worked with many children as I was a nanny/babysitter for 6 years, mainly caring for two children. With them I was responsible for the care of the children which included cooking 2-3 healthy homemade meals a day, outings to places such as stores, play gyms, and beaches, teaching them skills such as swimming as I am a trained lifeguard and swim instructor (worked for the City of Barrie and the Western Recreation pool), and for bath/bed time. Along with this nanny job I had many other babysitting jobs on the side which helped me learn how to create fun and safe environments for a wide variety of personalities and ages. I am certified in standard first aid, CPR, and AED. I am organized and can ensure all duties get done but I am also very capable of creating an enjoyable experience for your children.
