Nanny in Amherst, Nova Scotia

Hello! My name is Kelsey and I am looking for a new adventure as a Nanny! I am 23 years old, and I am currently working on my degree in Child and Youth Studies, after that I hope to go into Social Work. I am very passionate about working with children, and always strive to create a positive experience for the kids, full of fun and learning! I have a lot of experience working with children in many different settings. I have worked as a full time nanny, a Support Worker for the Halifax Regional School Board Excel program, as a casual babysitter, and also during my volunteer work with Big Brothers Big Sisters. I received training from Autism Nova Scotia during my time with the HRSB; I also have up to date Criminal Record/ Vulnerable Sector and Child Abuse Registry checks. I am looking for part-time or full-time employment in the Amherst area. I am located in Pugwash and have my own transportation, so anywhere within a reasonable distance works for me (Amherst, Oxford, Wallace, Tatamagouche, etc.) I am comfortable with taking care of pets, housekeeping, meal preparation and transporting to/from school and appointments.
