Currently unavailable. I am currently a 4th year undergraduate student at the University of Waterloo studying biology and psychology. I have a great interest in childhood development and in the future I hope to continue my studies to become a speech-language pathologist working with children. I am a lifeguard and swim instructor for over 5 years and have a lot of volunteer experience with children (Let's Talk Science programs in elementary school, Early Childhood Education Centre at the University, Oxford Learning Teacher's Assistant for Little Readers program). I ran camps for the City of Kitchener for 2 summers. I have experience working with children with autism and disabilities in babysitting and swim instruction. I also was a research assistant for the Infant Language and Development Lab at UW. I am 22 years old, highly responsible and the oldest of 3! I have a lot of experience babysitting (since I was 13) for my neighbours and siblings who ranged from infants to 11 years old. I enjoy coming up with creative and educational activities like crafts and games and have access to many of these resources. I am CPR, National Lifeguard, and swim instructor certified and do offer private at home swim lessons as well!
