Hello! My name is August Kay and I would love to take part in caring for your child(ren)! With three sisters, two who are twins at 5 years old, my experience with children of various ages is in depth and covers many areas of child care. My skills include meal prep, bathing, feeding, diapers, travelling to and from school/daycare and the like! I'm also trained with CPR C as well as a NLS Certification as a lifeguard. I'm currently attending OCAD (Ontario College of Arts and Design) in downtown Toronto for Illustration and therefore love seeing the creative and artistic personalities in children and definitely enjoy sharing in those types of activities with them. From experience, I also understand the pure energy that is shared among most kids, and I can match that, mirroring my own energetic endeavors including biking, swimming and tennis. Employed as a tennis coach during summer, teaching for classes of kids aged 3 y/o to 15 y/o also gave me experience in handling and channeling the need to be active into exercise and fun! As for location and timing, downtown T.O. would be preferable but I can commute along TTC lines if needed, and compensation/hours can be discussed related to that. Generally my classes start at 8:30 am and end at various times during the week, so hours can also be negotiated and worked with! All in all, I would love to get to know your family and it's little ones and I can assure you of my experience with my own relations, especially twin toddler siblings (!), and hope to meet you in the future.
