My name is Drew, I originally come from England but have been living in Canada on and off my entire life. I've worked for many families; altogether about eight families in total and ranging in ages from newborn to middle school. I have taken care of infant twins as well as children with behavioural differences. I love becoming a part of a family during my time as an employee and like to come with a professional but also personal touch.
A little about me,
I live in the Leslieville area with my wife and our dog, cat and two sugar gliders. I adore animals and spend most of my time caring for them. If I'm not out and about walking my pup I am working on my book (non-fiction) and illustrating (freelance illustrator at Rebel In Bleach). I have a big and wonderful family that are all living in different parts of Europe but thankfully have a twin brother that also lives in Toronto currently.
Hobbies include; baking, cooking, cleaning (honestly!) reading, writing and art. I love a good rollercoaster as well.

Drew Phelps was my son's nanny for 2 years, from when he was 1 to 3 years old (January 2013- February 2015). She did an excellent job looking after him and I could not recommend her more highly. Drew has proven that she is an outstanding nanny in several respects.
Firstly, she has a lot of patience and perseverance and would actively and enthusiastically engage my son in educational play. With her years of experience, I know that she has a host of different games and entertainment strategies to keep children entertained and engaged.
Secondly, she has demonstrated a great ability to adhere to our methods of raising our son, and has followed through really well, as we have amended these methods with time.
Thirdly, Drew has always shown herself to be completely dependable. She would always arrive punctually and stay late if need be. She had very few sick days; she would travel into town with my son on excursions, and always proved herself to be very flexible, to suit our family's needs.
Lastly, Drew has shown herself to have a big heart and to be a real natural at dealing with kids. She really is a gem, and I could not recommend her more highly. My son absolutely adores her and I think there will always be a special place in his heart for Drew!
