Jess was literally the first and still the only person not family that my son will allow to hold him and play with him while I am around. She is creative, attentive, focussed and just truly loves working with children. She is unfazed by the various behaviours of children of all ages. She has been working with my son since he was 9 months old and she has no problem getting him to calm down, play, eat, or go to sleep. She is literally a life saver!
