Hello, Dear family, My name is Juliana, and I am from India. I started my career in 1995 in India with one American family where I cared for two children and did the household. When the kids were at school, I cleaned the house and cooked, and when they were back I gave them lunch, and then we went to the garden to play. In the evening I helped them shower, served dinner and read books. So I have worked as a nanny and a housekeeper from 1995 to 2007, and I have excellent references that cover that period of my work. The kids always loved me, as I was never angry with them. I treat them as my friends and try to explain everything and make them always busy. Kids feel if you are sincere or not, and they felt so attached to me that the families use to take me on vacations with them. I am also very responsible and never ever leave them without supervision. In the year of 2008 I came to Israel on a work permit as an elderly care taker, and since then I have been helping the elderly with all her needs. I am very good with the elderly too as I like to be a caregiver and give care to a person in need. The elderly have different needs, they are not physically same strong and do not have sharp mind as they used to have. They feel upset because of that and also because they have to rely on somebody's help all the time. Therefore I do not only provide help with all their daily activities but I also try to cheer them up and support morally. They like to share stories of their past and I am always listening and encourage them to talk as this way they do not feel depressed. The elderly are happy with me.
