Hi! My name is Ellie and I am a university student looking for a summer nanny job. I have been working in child care for almost 6 years now and so have lots of experience in a variety of situations, from newborns to pre-teens, and from being an extra hand around the house for a few hours to multiple day and overnight care. I have also run mini art workshops for kids and tutored a variety of ages. In all of these different experiences, I have enjoyed every single moment of it because being with kids is the most rewarding and fulfilling work I have ever had the chance to be in. That one moment of being able to put a smile on their face or convince them to finally eat their broccoli makes all the diaper changing and tear-wiping and meltdowns in the middle of the zoo worth it. In addition to my experience and loving kids, I am CPR-certified and Red Cross Babysitter certified, very responsible, very flexible, can make a mean craft activity, and will show up every day genuinely excited to be there and make that day the best possible for your children.
