Having worked with children for over 19 years, I have developed a wide range of skills that would meet, and exceed the expectations for this role. I’ve gained valuable experience over this time period through working in my own home as a Licensed Day Home provider, primarily with children aged 1-6 years in age. I am also a mother of two, a girl aged 14 and a boy aged 20. Being a mother has lead to years of volunteering in different organizations such as; Sunday school leader and Brownie leader. When my youngest started school I began work as a Teacher’s Assistant and have been doing that ever since. Even though I have worked with a wide range of ages my absolute favorite still continues to be the youngest ones. When I’m doing that it’s not even work. I have been bodybuilding for over 30 years. I am an active runner and I currently hold a black belt in Karate. Last year I became interested in and participated in 2 Spartan Races. I have also spent time doing aerobics, TRX, and Crossfit over the years. My current interest in fitness is largely recreational and for personal health. Based on my years of experience and work ethic, I feel that I would be a good addition to your home team.
