Hello, My name is Rebecca and I am a RECE. I have been registered with the College of Early Childhood Educators since 2015 and have been working in a childcare setting for 5 years. I am an organized, trustworthy, and efficient worker. I enjoy working with children and watching them grow up to be the best they can be. I have been responsible for eight children under the age of three on my own. Being able to incorporate the two documents How Does Learning Happen and The Early Learning for Every Child Today are important with planned and spontaneous activities. I am willing to provide documentation on your child's development with pictures descriptions pulling from these two documents. To plan a child’s day in the best way possible to base it off the children’s interests. Even in a home-based environment the child learns best when they are interested in what is planned. I take pride in everything I do. I take my job seriously but am able to have fun and be spontaneous. I am able to follow direction from parents and discipline in a way the family needs. Making sure that rules are followed through and discipline is the same with parents to caregiver is also important for continuous care from both parties.
