I am certified in standard first aid, CPR, and AED, as well as trained in emergency first aid. I adore children and have many years of experience taking care of my young sister and brothers, and almost all of my younger cousins. I have my bronze cross in swimming and am very comfortable supervising children in the water (even really young ones). I have experience with children from newborn to pre-teen and am comfortable with any age group. I have a passion for learning new things, and I love to teach the things I know about to other; so your kids will have lots to tell you when you get home about all of the cool things they learned and did each day. I also have exceptionally strong skills in creativity solving problems and de-escalative, calm conflict resolution which (I find) helps to sibling conflicts in the bud and keep the peace, while having disagreements end in compromises that leave everyone satisfied, and far less need for disciplinary action (as per your discretion and/or directions, of course. I will never discipline, reprimand, or punish your child(ren) without either asking you how you want the matter handled, or following specific instructions previously established first; they’re your kids and to me, that means it’s your choice how they’re raised, and I’ll care for them in your absence as you do when you’re present.) I want you to be able to trust that in your absence, your children will be cared for, safe, and in an environment that you would be comfortable and pleased with. I’ll do my best to implement, inforce, and/or maintain any rules, habits, diets (I.E. dietary restrictions, allergies, sugar/junk food limits, etc.), and/or routines, etc. that you would like me to. I also offer a variety of additional services to suit your families needs, including; pet care, supervising playdates, supervising/assisting supervise sleepovers, planning/arranging/setting up birthday parties, supervising and/or helping supervise parties, tutoring, scheduling appointments/making phone calls you need made, running errands, housekeeping, meal planning and/or prep, personal assistant tasks, whole home, kitchen, bedroom etc. organization, rearrangement and/or redecorating, house sitting, overnights, etc.. I may be able to provide other one-time or continuous services you may want or need, either during times I’m with you child(ren), or separately, as required. Please feel free to discuss anything you need done in addition to our current arrangement(s) at any time. Some services may require additional compensation, which would be discussed and agreed up. (Monetary compensation is not necessarily the only form of compensation I would accept for many services. Please discuss with me any alternate compensation you deem fit and reasonable if desired.)
