Nanny Job in Maple Ridge, British Columbia

We are a family of three looking for care for our 16 month old son part time. I am a shift worker so we require different hours and different days each week; approximately 55-75 hrs per month; we do not require care on weekends; I can provide my schedule well in advance. We are looking for someone that is warm, nurturing, kind, patient, energetic and active. The ideal candidate will have a valid driver's license with an excellent driving record as we do not live on a transit route. We are looking for someone that would be willing to take him out in the community to places like gyms, strong starts, libraries, parks and walks. We will require a valid first aid/CPR, experience in caring for a toddler, excellent references and criminal record check. The responsibilities will be primarily centred around our son and include his meal prep, tidying up after him around the house, occasional meal prep for the family if time permits and of course lots of play, outdoor time, interaction and story time. We are looking for someone that is available to start beginning of March; with a transitional/adjustment period prior to the start date. We are hoping to find someone that is looking to commit longer term to our family; ideally a year commitment would be great. We hope to hear from you!
