Nanny in Victoria, British Columbia

I have a 5 year old little girl who needs a great live in nanny to love her. I need a nanny who can commit to at least 8 months, live in. If an Au pair I will pay your room and board and you will have most days off and only be responsible for school drop off and pickup. You will need to be around most nights as I work on call. BUt you will have nights off. I am a midwife in training and will need to know you can possibly do school drop off an pickup on days that I will be at births and that you can be staying in my home as I will get called in the night often. I will of course give you days off between 9 and 3pm and also one full weekend a month off and one weekend night per week completely off. If you want vacations to explore Canada or BC I can do this but I just need notice and these would be unpaid.
