I am Krissa Joy V. Guanzon, 26 years old, a registered Nurse in the Philippines. I have studied Bachelor of Science in Nursing for (4) years in a prestigious College, during my study I have learned how to care all age groups with different needs may it be physical or emotional. And i have 2years experience in the hospital while I am studying and a 3 years work experience after I graduated and passed the licensure exam for nurses. During my work experience I have exposed myself in caring for mothers or women with different needs especially mothers who are about to gave birth and taking care of their new born. I see to it that I have met all the needs of my patients, I give them their medications as prescribed by the Doctor. I gave immunizations to new born babies and give health teachings to mothers about breast feeding and proper care to their babies. Aside from working as a nurse I myself is a good older sister to my siblings. I take care of my 11 years old sister and my 4 years old younger sister. I help them with their homework, prepare their meals as well as their snacks in school. I am the one who bathe my little sister dress and take her to her school. I take full responsibility to them since our parents are very busy with their work. Being a nurse gives me a wider scope of work because I believe that being a nurse takes a big responsibility in taking care of other people or helping those who are in need of my help. I am very confident with my experience that I can be productive in the job that I may be qualified. I am well equipped with knowledge and skills based on my profession. I have updated myself with the latest trainings like first aid and cardio pulmonary resuscitation. I will do my best in what ever situation that I may encounter.
