Nanny Job in Langley, British Columbia

We are working couple looking for a live out Nanny to assist with childcare for two children age 2 and 41/2 yrs. Nanny must be flexible and willing to work a variety of shifts. ( including evenings, weekends and some holidays) Must be willing to be on call. Schedule will be provided on a month by month basis. Nanny will work an average of 15 days per month annually. May be required to be on call up to 18 days per month. Applicant must have drivers license and preferably own car. Suitable candidate must love being with children, helping them learn and develop. They must be willing to do meal prep, light house cleaning, laundry, oversee children's activities/assist with school work. Looking for creative, active, organized person who enjoys outdoors, and can maintain consistent routine and firm boundaries with children. We believe in instructing our children to be respectful of authority, love one another, be kind, patient, self controlled and to work hard. We embrace humor including some sarcasm and value building joy filled relationships. Our children enjoy reading, playing Lego, cars, dolls, building forts, art, crafts, riding bikes, playing outside/ park, swimming/skating, music, and helping in the kitchen. Full time monthly salary & other compensation - to be negotiated Must be willing to have criminal background check and provide references. Start date - at latest mid November.
