I'm Bernardita Galvez, a Caregiver, Nutritionist Dietitian, Teacher and presently taking an online course as an Integrative Holistic Health Coach I experienced being a full time live in caregiver to various client with different needs and I believed being a nutritionist dietitian, a teacher back home plus not to mention the experiences I had being a facilitator to a leadership empowerment training with emphasis on emotional quotient and spiritual quotient gave me an edge to my present job. I believed I made it work serving the various need of a client because I incorporate holistic approach whether physically, emotionally, mentally as well as spiritually.
