Nanny Job in Burlington, Ontario

DESCRIPTION (PT, Live-out) We are looking for a trustworthy, affectionate and reliable person to provide care for our 6 y.o. daughter and 3 y.o. son. They are happy and active little humans with curious minds. We are looking for daily after-school care/help in the evenings (Monday to Friday). There is some flexibiliity and we are willing to work around your schedule if we find the person who is a right fit for our family. RESPONSIBILITIES -Above all to create a stimulating, nurturing, and happy environment for our children -Supervision of the children to ensure that they are safe while they are playing and exploring their environment -Meal prep -Dressing -Some housekeeping: tidying play areas, washing dishes, sweeping/mopping floors and wiping down surfaces. -Reading and playing with them in a developmentally appropriate manner QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS - At least High school graduate. -Can provide references and criminal record check -Experience caring for children -Authorization to work in Canada -English proficiency Training in early childhood education (NICE TO HAVE) First aid training and child and infant CPR (NICE TO HAVE)
