Nanny in Toronto, Ontario

Hello, My name is Sarah, I am a British nanny but I have been living in Toronto for 15 years and I have my permanent residency. I live in Leslieville with my wonderful family. My husband, daughter, step daughter and our mini dachshund (who thinks he is a baby). I have 15 years experience as a nanny, I can provide many great references. I can give you a receipt for tax purposes. I also teach the recorder. A great first instrument to introduce children to reading music and finger placement. I have lots of experience helping children be ready for school by using learning through play and lots of sensory crafts and activities. Being outside is very important to me. We grow our own vegetables and have a butterfly flower garden so I love teaching children gardening and about nature. I’m a big sports fan and love to spend time playing sports with the children. My daughter who is 18 months old will be with me and I am offering childcare in my home so that I can properly clean every night to prevent sickness. My daughter may be starting chemo soon which is why I need to make sure everything is cleaned well so she does not get covid. This will not stop me being able to offer child care as the chemo does is low and does not cause side effects. I am providing child care in my home for $80 a day. I provide all snacks and meals and all craft supplies.I live near Gerrard and Greenwood. I have experience looking after newborns to children 13 years old. I also have experience looking after more than one child at a time. We are lucky to have a big back garden. We have a sand box, water table, mud kitchen, swing, great inflatable pool, basketball hoop, bean bag games and painting area. We grow our own vegetables and I like including the kids to teach them some gardening. We are also growing our own butterfly garden, this year we hope to have caterpillars so the children can watch them turn into butterflies.
