Nanny in Guelph, Ontario

I've been caring for children for over 10 years and have a passion to be active in their learning and development. Most recently I have worked with a family with 5 children ages 16 months to 12 years. I highly enjoyed planning activities to help them engage with and learn about the world around them. I also spent a summer with a family with two girls, ages 2 and 4. My time spent with them was largely out of the house as we explored local parks and libraries. As a newcomer to the east coast, I am looking for a fun family to explore the area with! For 2 years I worked as a coach with the City of Guelph, Ontario within their Learn to Skate Program. There I worked with kids ages 4 to 12, some with ASD and learning difficulties, and facilitated hour-long skating lessons. This position required a vulnerable sector police check and a High 5 Principles of Healthy Child Development certification. I have just completed my Bachelor of Arts degree at the University of Guelph, majoring in Psychology with a focus on child development. I am in search of a full-time, live-out arrangement.
