Hello My name is Jade Barker and I have been babysitting since I was 12, when I had gotten my Red Cross Babysitting certification. Now being 17, I have successfully obtained my Lifesaving Instructor certification, National lifeguard certification and my Standard First Aid CPR C with AED certification, all within the Lifesaving Society. I am an excellent swimmer, as I have been on my high school's swim team two years in a row, winning the citywide competition each time. As for direct babysitting experience, I have babysat for Mandy and Ryan Karr since 2014. They have two boys that are three and five years old that love to go to the park and play on the equipment or with a beach ball that I bring along. Inside, they often like to draw and or play with legos, dance or run around outside in the backyard. I have often been required to put them to bed because their bedtime was before the parents got back. As well, I often feed them pre-made meals and made them snacks throughout the day.
