PLEASE NOTE: Currently only looking to provide care in Victoria BC for August & September 2024. Cheers! Hi there! My name is Mila and I would love to help your family by providing dependable care! I am flexible, creative, and have a positive mindset. I love encouraging kids to explore, learn and grow and I have experience with all age groups. I am looking for a full or part time nanny position for August to September 2024. I also love animals- I have a family dog that I only get to see a couple times a year so it would be really nice to care for any pets you have! Before August, I will be in school full time in the Netherlands as I am doing a Master's degree at the University of Amsterdam. Part-time, I also provide care for a few families here. Along with caring for numerous families since 2012, I was also a program facilitator at Gymboree Play & Music for 4 years. At Gymboree, I led 'mom & tot' style classes that enabled little ones (ranging from 8 months- 6 years) to explore their surroundings through play and encourage developmental milestones along the way. In addition, I would often step in as a substitute teacher for our 'Preschool Steps' classes that prepared toddlers for kindergarten/preschool. In this role, I have worked with children with special needs as well as those with behavioural challenges. Currently, in Amsterdam I provide regular care for a family with two children that are 17 months & 4 years old named Lennox and Margot.
