To whom it may concern, We were Nancy's employer for over 9 years during which she looked after our daughter in her capacity as a nanny. In that time we have come to enjoy her as much more than that, like a member of our family. She goes above and beyond her job description with thorough cleaning and delicious cooking. She is extremely punctual and can be relied upon day or night to come at any time for whatever reason, no questions asked. She even started teaching or daughter mandarin language, helping her with math and taking her to parks to make sure she gets enough outdoors time.
